I purchased this camera to round out the four slots on my DVR… I have 2 LTS cameras and an Alphasonic, I would say the night vision capability of the Q see is the same as the comparable Alphasonic ( both are inferior to the LTS ) The Q see did go up in less than 1/2 the time of the LTS though. That being said, my only real gripe with the Q SEE is that about once a week the darn thing goes scrambled… I cant really describe it in words but basically you loose signal and need to interrupt the power ( I just unplug then replug it) I wish it would actually cause a surge or something so that it would set off the alarm on my DVR so I could get it fixed in a timely manner.
